Background
Gene Hamaker and Vince Boddicker believe there is more than one way to be involved in agriculture. Gene and Vince left production agriculture after 22 years to work with farmers to better market their crops. The goal was to help other producers use marketing to their full advantage.
Mission
Midwest Grain Marketing provides a vehicle for producers to transfer the emotion of marketing to an outside, objective source and market in a timely fashion, often eliminating missed opportunity.
Objective
Midwest Grain Marketing's objective is to assist you with forward contracting your crop insurance guarantee of the current year's production in addition to selling your stored grain. We want to market your grain when prices are in the top one-third of the year's marketing range. If opportunities are not present, we will accept the top half of the current year's range.
